This service allows public officials to isolate the cellular numbers of specific voting files they have within their constituency. The process begins with client pulling an extract of Unique ID, Name, Address, City,
State, zip code data fields. Importation and overlays are conducted to establish the net matches of the two files. The turnaround time for a batch process takes 36 -48 hours. Real-time feeds and results are possible, only after examining the level of integration needed. A national match back of several million records should return close to 27 percent positive ID match. Some campaigns reach 44%. Moreover, standard statistics show a contact rate of 2:1 of cellular over landlines.
